Addresses for scientific publishing

In order for the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences and medical research in the county of Östergötland to receive proper government appropriations, you must use the right address for scientific publishing.

If you are affiliated with the university, format the address as follows

Department, University, City, Country

Example: Department of Clinical and Experimental Medicine, Linköping University, Linköping, Sweden

If you are affiliated with the county, format the address as follows

Clinic, Department, University, City, Country

Example: Department of Cardiology, Department of Medical and Health Sciences, Linköping University, Linköping, Sweden

If you are also affiliated with a centre

You may specify two addresses. Make sure to include “Linköping University" in both addresses.

Example:

1. Department of Radiology, Department of Medical and Health Sciences, Linköping University, Linköping, Sweden
2. Centre for Medical Image Science and Visualization (CMIV), Linköping University, Linköping Sweden

Summary for a combined address

Do not use “University Hospital” under any circumstances.

Always specify “Linköping University.”
