Corona virus research

The pandemic currently gripping the world has brought virus research into the spotlight. What do we know about similar viruses? What is new about the SARS-CoV-2 virus? Soft robots 3D-printed in sub-millimeter sizes

PhD course in advanced peptide chemistry, 6hp

Will be given now in May and run until middle of June 2020

The course is intended for PhD students that are synthesizing peptides as a part of their PhD studies and want to extend their knowledge within this field.

The course is completely theoretical and will run as an on-line seminar series, where literature and protocols are discussed.

presented his thesis in 2011. (It was the 100th thesis presented within Forum Scientium.) Fredrik has a new position as Clinical Trial Manager at Essity, Gothenburg. Beethoven 250 year anniversary: 16 sonatas in 16 lunch concerts during 2020

To celebrate Beethoven’s 250th birthday, Gunnar Cedersund will this year play 16 of his 32 piano sonatas.

"The previously announced lunch concerts in Berzeliussalen will be postponed and instead given as online concerts, until we resume normal operations. More info to come later."
